Helpful and respectful. Couldn't be more satisfied. My only suggestion would be the human touch. Hire someone to answer the phone and deal with customers. In this day and age it would put you ahead of the pack. Hire a retiree with experience in tourism.. like myself. That will give you excellent reviews.
